PHH Donates School Supplies to Local Kids

Aug 22, 2019

Since a new school year is around the corner, PHH recently held its annual back-to-school supply drive benefiting the Camden Center for Family Services “Project Backpack” initiative. Project Backpack aims to improve the chances for success for children in Southern NJ by providing them with the supplies they need to be confident and ready to learn. From July 17 through August 16, generous employees brought more than 1,000 new backpacks, folders, notebooks, rulers, crayons, glue sticks, and other supplies. Emily Flemming, Community Relations Specialist at the Center for Family Services, said “It is thanks to donors like PHH that we are able to send between 1500-2000 children and teens to school with the supplies they need for success.” We are proud of our employees’ continued commitment to giving back to those in need!
