PHH Employees Lend a Helping Hand at the Food Bank of South Jersey

On Tuesday, June 5, PHH Mortgage employees spent the morning volunteering at the Food Bank of South Jersey in Pennsauken. Their work included sorting large quantities of donated foods and packaging nutritious supplemental food boxes for low-income seniors living in local public housing. These packages contain approximately a two-week supply of groceries based on seniors’ nutrition needs. In addition, PHH donated funds to sponsor a Summer Meals distribution site for children on summer break who typically rely on their school breakfast and lunch programs to provide nutritious meals. PHH has a long-standing relationship with the Food Bank, and has been supporting them with an annual Thanksgiving food drive for more than a decade.
