PHH holds back-to-school drive to collect supplies for local kids

Aug 03, 2016

The start of a new school year is exciting, but some children have difficulty obtaining the necessary supplies for going back to school. Knowing this, PHH Mortgage employees in Mount Laurel, NJ and Williamsville, NY recently held supply drives benefitting their local Big Brothers Big Sisters chapters. Employees at both locations worked together throughout the second half of August to collect backpacks, folders, pencils, crayons and other much-needed school supplies to be donated to children in need. In Mount Laurel, 1,025 various school supplies were collected, including 37 brand new backpacks, 213 notebooks, 107 folders and much more. Williamsville employees opted to collect loose-leaf paper exclusively, and because of their efforts 14,675 sheets of paper were donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters. We know that the children benefiting from these school supplies could grow up to be PHH team players and leaders, and we commend our employees’ efforts to help these students get their school year off to a great start.
